Today Saturday Oct, 28 we are hosting Graceful Girls to raise money for breast cancer patients. There will be 3 classes for today’s event. 7:30, 8:30 & 9:30am. Registration is not required to participate.

40 Double Unders
40 Sit-Ups

30 Clean & Jerks (135/95 lbs)

Split the work evenly between teammates. One partner works, while one partner rests. Break up the work however you’d like, but remember the work must be split evenly.

This Workout is a great teamwork challenge. Similar to a version we have previously done. When you switch working is going to be important. You will want to ensure they don’t do too big a set, especially while you are fresh. This will fatigue you quicker. Start out conservative and stay relatively comfortable for as long as you can. This feeling will eventually go away, but if you are consistent, even while you are tired, you will still be able to manage your sets between each other well. If you have no gameplan and just ‘go until we are tired’ before switching, you will probably blow up a little quicker.
