9 – 7 – 5 reps of:
Squat Snatch (135/95lbs)
Muscle Ups

12 – 9 – 7 reps of:
Power Snatch
Ring Pullups

Box Brief –
It is worth mentioning (for those who this is a repeat workout for) that “Amanda” is one of those workouts that shows how far CrossFit has come in the last 7 years. When it was first programmed at the 2010 Games, it was a huge shock to many of the athletes, and a lot of them couldn’t complete it. Now, the top games athletes can get it done in under 4min. This doesn’t mean it is by any means an easy workout for the majority. The highly skilled snatch/muscle up combo is brilliant and even at these low reps really punishes people.

You’ll want to finish this in around 5-10min max.
