Not sure if CrossFit Timpanogos is right for you? The best way to find out is to try it.

Follow these easy steps to get started:

Step 1
  • Register on the SCHEDULE for the 3 classes you’ll be attending
Step 2

Attend your 3 free classes in which you’ll experience a comprehensive introduction to CrossFit & CF Timp, including:

  • Explanation of “what is CrossFit?”
  • How a typical class session is conducted at CF Timpanogos.
  • Our priority on safe, functional movements that will make you more fit.
  • A CrossFit Workout Of The Day (WOD).
  • An opportunity to sign up for membership and have all your questions answered.
Step 3

If you decide to become a member, you may feel like you want some individual coaching prior to starting. That’s where the On Ramp comes in. Typically new members attend 4 private On Ramp Sessions to insure proper mechanics and efficiency with CF movements. Talk with your coach to schedule your private On Ramp session/s.
