If you decide to become a member, you may feel like you want some individual coaching prior to starting. That’s where the On Ramp comes in. Typically new members attend 1-3 private On Ramp Sessions to insure proper mechanics and efficiency with CF movements. Talk with your coach to schedule your private On Ramp session/s.
